Return & Refund Policy
At Yenni & Nico Scents, all of our candles are handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the fragile, handcrafted, and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, and event orders are final sale. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Damaged Items (Manufacturer or Order Issues)
We take full responsibility for any issues caused directly by our production process, including defective items or incorrect products sent.
If you receive the wrong item or an item that is defective due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yanisey.olivera@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Carrier Handling
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling that may occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. As a courtesy, you may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item was incorrect due to our mistake
- The item was defective due to our production error
Refunds are not issued for issues caused during shipping or for change of mind.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
